I don’t know that as obligate social primates we will ever completely lose the ability to have empathy, but I see astonishing displays of callousness all around us. This seems to be related to the vast disparity of wealth in our society. Those who have are judgemental about those who have not. This is deeply troubling. Thanks for sharing.
